WORKING WITH HLD
For the past decade HLD has developed the most coveted landscapes in the greater Morgantown region, creating a demand for our services. We take great pride in our workmanship and are committed to complete authenticity from our first meeting to completion day.
What to Expect When Working With Us
• We return all client phone calls and emails within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
• We will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the project at hand. We actively collaborate with the potential client on their vision, budget and the property itself.
• We will deliver (via email) an estimate and "plan-view" design within 10-15 days after our initial consultation.
• When necessary, a second on-site consultation will be arranged, however most design changes can be managed via email exchange.
• Once the client and HLD have agreed on all aspects of the project, we sign the contract!
• Upon contract signing, the client may request a 3-D rendering of the agreed upon design.
As an option 3-D design renderings are available as a stand alone service billed at $165 per hour.
• All projects will be scheduled on a first come first served scheduled basis. A15% deposit on the project total will be due 30 days prior to our begin to work date.
• For pools only, a small deposit will be collected upon contract signature for the security of the pool shell.
