PROVIDING COMPLETE LANDSCAPING AND DESIGN SERVICES WITH UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Answer Phone calls and emails within 24-36hrs each
Schedule an initial consolation  (collaborate with customers / wishes, desires, what is truly "feasible" for their space)
An estimate and "plan-view" design to follow within 10-15days.  (delivered via email)
If necessary, a 2nd on-site consultation can be arranged  - but design changes can occur via email conversations 
If customers want a 3D rendering, that can be accommodated, but only after a signed contract,  / or as stand alone billable service at $165 per hour

​​​​​​​Once customer and contractor have agreed on project, a signed contact is completed.

For pools only, a small deposit will be collected upon contract signature for the security of the pool shell.
All other projects will be scheduled as a first come first serve, and a 15% deposit on the build will occur apporx. 30 days prior to our arrival to begin work.
